I really can't understand the many bad reviews. Been there several times and each time the food was great and the service was super friendly. The alleged waiting 30 minutes for the service is ridiculous! Then you get up and make it clear to the waitress that you have a concern if the booth is full you can forget a guest but that's just how it is .. some think they are the kings only if everyone thinks that way, it becomes critical.

Yesterday my friend and I had a nice dinner at La Passione. The man who received us was pushy in itself. But otherwise we did eat well, but after we had finished eating I felt that something was not right. We paid again and that evening after we arrived at our holiday home I went to look at the website of La Passione and calculated exactly what I had eaten. Now it turns out that we have paid too much, but well what do you do if you do not speak German nothing unfortunately. We never eat there again. And he was not so friendly you see that he does it for the money. The shopping center is also top.

Very strange and strange restaurant and delicious pizza but it was not that great there was in 2019 and was a great experience the mall XXL, the restaurant was not, only what happened afterwards was very bad, rude and we as my buddy, finished eating was the boss or owner of the shop and said: "next time you will come a little earlier", and I thought that was pretty outrageous, rude, lousy, arrogant and particularly friendly, it was not treated like customers, guests very outrageous, selfish , arrogant, bad was the boss just because he wanted to finish work earlier, that was bad and outrageous, so I was glad to have left the restaurant with my buddy, so I would not recommend this restaurant, there are others better than restaurant and what the boss says it was pretty insolent and rude, arrogant that is not at all, the two pizzas were quite expensive and 26 euros for 2x pizza was not at all that was quite expensive it feels like a gourmet restaurant but it is not, even at the other or gourmet restaurant there is better service and I would get the pizza cheaper elsewhere, so not recommended, even the waitress took almost 1 hour or several minutes until the pizza came and why we were served last, it was pretty sloppy and the service was gruesome, bad, they didn't want to work, I felt that you should avoid this restaurant.

Mega disappointing this shop. Was actually there on the recommendation of friends, but never again! Service was very friendly at the beginning, drinks could be ordered quickly and food shortly afterwards. When the (rather tasteless) sour cream arrived without a roll and with a fruit fly on top, we had at least asked for the rolls and the rather nice waitress (apparently the only competent person there) brought us the rolls and the food came. With my lasagna there was also an animal on the plate. After parts of the order also arrived faulty and we at least partially squeezed the food down, we were completely ignored for the payment for almost 15 minutes, although we were constantly ignored. It was not even asked if they were satisfied, which has always been a standard in gastronomy for me. Since we were not satisfied with this service as a whole, we decided not to tip as a whole because it was simply not worth it - much to the waiter's displeasure. Accordingly, saying goodbye was no longer necessary or necessary, but only a displeasing face on his part. Well overall I would really like to give negative stars or at least 0 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible. Do yourself a favor and use the very good alternatives in Limbecker!

Service was underground. When the head waiter came to pay, the tip was too little for him, which he also said and showed. He can be happy that he got anything at all with such unprofessional and incompetent behavior. He definitely missed the job. Incomprehensible

Not recommendable .... waited too long for the food ... waiter came three times to ask what we ordered .... then got the wrong food ... and unfortunately not tasted either ☹

We had one of the daily specials (a pasta dish). Although this was not necessarily cheap, the food itself was very good. I can recommend it.

Had a pizza dello chef. Never eaten such a tasteless pizza. The meat is like cooked on the pizza. No taste of tomatoes and cheese. The service is friendly and fast. One point goes to the operation. There was not much going on. I can not recommend the restaurant.

Bruschetta as a starter was good and the pasta even very good. Prices are okay. Where should I start? It took half an hour before we even got the cards and ordered drinks. The drinks were fixed and we ordered our food. After a good 20 minutes, the next table suddenly got our meal. Everything went haywire. In the hour we sat there, we had ample opportunity to observe the staff. All young women without a plan, without experience, without an overview. Everything went really wrong. In clarifying the misunderstanding with our next table I said that we now pay our drinks and refrain from eating. An employee came to us and said the drinks went on the house. I then quietly told him that this is a pity and told him what we noticed. Meanwhile, a waitress gives us the bill. Alright, they have not denied each other again. I have been there before and know that the food is very good there. But the service is incredibly bad, sry! And if the restaurant did not have this very good location with a lot of patience, it would have been that way for a long time. Please make something of the location and the good food and get your service under control!

The service staff had to be approached to order. After a long wait, the first person of us got their drink. After another 10 minutes waiting time, the staff had to be contacted again, as not all ordered drinks were at the table. Unfortunately, this was missed. Then, as usual, cutlery and bread were served with butter. After a good 20 minutes arrived our ordered casserole. The pizza unfortunately not. Another 15 minutes elapsed until the staff noticed that a dish was forgotten and you brought the standard pizza to the table. This pizza could have lingered a few minutes longer in the oven! Unfortunately the appetite had passed us anyway. The service offered to pack the pizza. This offer was accepted. The pizza was wrapped in aluminum foil from the kitchen and brought to table in a plastic bag. Pizza is soaked in a few minutes so that it was completely inedible. Never again for the money! sry
